I got the email to download the book very quickly. It was easy to download and works on my cell phone as well. I am very satisfied with the download and its contents.

They sent the download in a timely manner but every time I try to download it majority of the pages were blank. I don't know if it's the link or what but my laptop is brand new, so I know it can't be that. $18 down the drain I guess

I’m happy they had the boos avail to buy and download. The only thing I didn’t like about this process is that once you place your order, you receive an email showing you paid and it also says to click the link and download within 24 hours or it won’t be avail anymore. When I received that email there wasn’t a link to my book on the email so I was a little tripped out about that. A few hours later, a 2nd email with that link was received.

I waited over 10 hours for the link to my book and had to email support before I got the actual link. No so instant...

I was never able to open the book, when I tried it said the link was not available, I wrote to the email that was available on the website and they never responded.

It is an excellent book. I have completed two doctoral degrees, mentored numerous doctoral students and the book is a relevant resource.

This was horrible, there's nothing in the download link but blank pages and pages that show publishing information. Horrible.
